About Firm

Since its inception, the Firm has been carrying out Professional Services related to Audit, Taxation, Corporate and Allied Laws and Management Consultancy to Indian SMEs, Corporate houses, HNIs, Banks and its branches operating in India. However, a large number of Firms' Clients at present are Business entities operating in Southern and Western parts of India. At present, the firm has a staff strength of over 25 personnel including qualified professionals of high caliber.

* Actively involved in consultancy and advisory services to clients which include preparation of project report, interaction with banks and institutions, structuring deals for companies to meet the long term and short term finance requirements.

* Joined as partner with M/s. Raj & Subramanian, Chartered Accountants in 2002.

* Actively involved in analysis of the Company’s Financials for the purpose of raising finance and interacting with the Banks and Financial Institutions for both long term and working capital requirements. The work also involves the evaluations of the business for the purpose of restructure packages to be finalized with the banks and also preparation of the project reports for raising of finance and presentation with various banks and financial institutions.
